- All consultations are performed by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Ritika Sharma (#R709042).
- The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (30/60 mins).
Recording of the consultation is not authorized.
Unused time will not be refunded. - Cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled later than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. - The appointment will be cancelled if the Customer is more than 15 minutes late.
- By booking an appointment Customer agrees to provide only genuine and truthful information.
- If the Immigration Consultant does not attend, due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the Customer’s convenience within the available hours, at no additional cost to the client.
- The Customer understands and agrees that the RCIC will provide only consultation services. RCIC will not act as an Authorized Representative and will not be held responsible for the outcome of the case.
